Agreement
By consenting to SMS messages, you agree to receive automated text messages from Minh Media including:
- These messages may include links to forms and questionnaires, embedded rich media, and other content.
- form requests and appointment reminders
- announcements of promotions.
- Content introducing new services.
Service provider-initiated messages will be indicated in the first message in the sequence. You can reply to these messages at any time to contact the technician.
Messages may be sent from an automated phone number pool in the state where the school is located. This pool may change over time. Receiving a message from a particular number does not mean that the number is associated with a particular technician. We will always indicate the technician who initiated the thread in the first message sent from a number in the pool.
Terms of Service
You can opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send us the SMS message “STOP”, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have unsubscribed. You will then no longer receive SMS messages from us. You can also email Minh Media at support@minhmedia.com. If you would like to start over, please submit an updated SMS Messaging Consent form in the Minh Media Portal.
If you are having trouble with your text messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for further assistance, or you can get help directly by emailing Minh Media at support@minhmedia.com.
Participating carriers in the United States include AT&T, T-Mobile®, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular®, MetroPCS®, InterOp, Cellcom, C Spire Wireless, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and others.
Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, we may apply text and data rates to any messages sent to you and to you by you. You will receive a maximum of five automated voice messages and are subject to change on a monthly basis. If you have any questions about your text messaging or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless carrier.
